For an assortment of reasons we decided to put our house on the market. Selling a house in December? Yes indeed. People are thinking about Christmas presents but our house is a bargain.
We replaced the bathroom two years ago and the kitchen last year and we think (obviously) it is looking good and in "move in " condition (pictures in the link below)
Who's going to buy?
First time buyers perhaps? It is a good two bedroom house for around £75K with gardens and off street parking
